How do i hard reset blackberry z10. its just boots and shows a blue logo and ends there.

-when you get into your pictures (doesn't show anything i know) just see below the screen you have an option "up". You corrupted the file system by removing the battery while it was resetting. Only the manufacturer can restore the boot partition.

It just need to reset your phone and upgrade your blackberry os.
