Xperia mobile froze after charge - tried on switch with volume - doesnt work

Hi Esther, You will need to wipe all data and do a factory reset! To do this press the volume up key and the power on button at the same time until the screen lights up!

To see if it's simply stuck, hold Power and Volume Up for about 10 seconds, if nothing happens, it's completely out of juice.

If you haven't already tried a different USB charger than the one you've been trying, try a different one. I've had a charger or two die on me, causing me to panic, thinking my phone was unable to charge.

Aside from that, if nothing works, it sounds like your phone will need to go into the shop for maintenance.

Restarting or resetting your phone is a different thing.

Here is the process to hard reset:

1. Hold both the volume up key and the power key simultaneously for 5 seconds.
2. After your phone vibrates once, release the keys and let it power on.

As i am bit confused that you want to use t-mobile sim. reset you mobile and delete evry thing after that it will not crash i also had this problem in my mobile and it was fixed

Remove battery, sim, sd card, and leave for 15 minutes. Place everything back in and restart. If that doesnt work, it might need software upgrading.

mostly nokia chargers doesn't make problems...
just try the following..
connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger
Please change Phone Bettery and check the charging
IF Charging Problem not Solved So

Your Phone charging IC Fault So Please change charging IC
And charging Problem will Solved Quickly

try to hold the beginning of the usb-cable on your mobile side upwards.. or downwards? if it works u know your usb cable or mobile plug-in isn't working so you have to buy a new usb-cable or you have to let your mobile fixed at the store.. if nothing happend: I DON'T KNOW.. but that's what happend to my SE X10
