Yes, it would appear gmail assigned you a new account.
To Delete the NEW account from Google:

1. Sign in to the NEW account at accounts.google.com.
2. At the top, click Data tools.
3. In the Data Tools box, click Delete products.
4. Click Remove Gmail permanently.

Now, to get into your OLD gmail account through your new smart phone, you first need to delete the NEW gmail account from the phone. I do not know what kind of phone it is, so I suggest you go into the store where you purchased the phone and ask for assistance.
Apparently, incorrect selections were made while attempting to put your OLD gmail account into the phone, and Google assigned you a gmail account based on your name. It is similar to the old account name.
The specifics of your phone's operating system prevent me from knowing how to properly help you. First of all, never use your official mail id as your social networking sign up mail. When you leave the company,you cannot receive your notifications from Facebook since that company mail id would be non-functional then.

Now,Have you forgotten you Password? Then it would be hard unless your old company has not blocked your mail-id. If your pioneeris mail id is still accessible,you can go to your new Facebook account by using 'Forgot Password' link in the main page of Facebook and following the steps detailed there.

Or else, create new account. If you are using the same computer, my guess is Facebook generates suggested friends using your IP or something. I'm not sure here. But when I deleted my FB account just for knowing how it happens and signed up with other mail id, i was surprised to see my old friends coming up in suggestions.

I can realise that connecting with people and explaining them what happened is a painful process,but in future,make sure you create Facebook account with your personal mail id and keep a strong yet easy to remember Password.

1. Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
2. Go to My Xbox, and then select your avatar.
3. Go to Account Management, and then select Manage Account.
4. Go to Your Memberships, and then select the membership that you want to change (for example, Xbox LIVE Gold).
5. Select Change Payment Options.
6. Do one of the following:

It seems that you have put the wrong Primary Email id which is not yours and now you are facing problem in confirming. Solution- Login into the account and click on the Account tab>>Account Settings. Now in the Settings tab(First tab) there is Email and a 'change' option in front of it. Click on the change option, write your Email in 'Add new email' and It will ask for your current Facebook password, enter it and click 'confirm'
A confirmation link will be sent to your new email id and after confirming it will be your Primary Facebook Email Id.

The Ringer ID, Light Up ID, Picture ID and Custom Ringer settings cannot be assigned via the software, nor backed up, restored or transferred to another handset.
3. The USB connection cannot be plugged in while the phone is being charged - it is also physically impossible to do so. Kind of dumb given the USB connection sucks a lot of battery power.

4. In fact the USB should plug in to the base/charger so the phone is instantly connected (like a PDA) once docked, with two-way synchronisation. This is not as important though, as #2 above.

It is possible (as I learnt the hard way) to inadvertently wipe out the existing phone book and all its hard fed Ringer ID, Light Up ID, Picture ID and Custom Ringer settings merely by attempting to add new entries thru the software without first retrieving the existing entries from the phone. On the positive side, re-sending the same entries does not overwrite the already set up Ringer ID, Light Up ID, Picture ID and Custom Ringer settings.
