It sounds like there may be a problem with the charging system on your Linx charger. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the charging cable: Make sure that the charging cable is properly plugged into the charger and the device being charged. Check for any visible damage or fraying on the cable. If the cable is damaged, it will need to be replaced.
Check the charging port: Make sure that the charging port on the device being charged is clean and free of any debris. If the port is dirty or obstructed, it can prevent the device from charging properly.
Check the battery: If the device being charged has a removable battery, make sure that the battery is properly installed and not damaged. If the battery is damaged or not properly installed, it can prevent the device from charging.
Check the power source: Make sure that the power source, such as an outlet or power strip, is functioning properly and is providing an adequate power supply.
If these troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, it is possible that there is a problem with the charger or the device being charged. In this case, it may be necessary to have the charger or device repaired or serviced by a professional.

Bad charging cable - try a new cable
Bad charger - try a new charger, or try plugging it into a PC USB port overnight with the PC turned on
Charger is not the right charger for your tablet - Samsung devices are known for being picky about what charger you use. If you don't use the original charger that came with the device, or a Samsung charger made for your specific tablet, you will have trouble.
A bad/broken charging port on the tablet - this is not something you can fix yourself. You would likely have to return it to Samsung for repair, or find a local repair shop.

Without knowing why type of charger you are using this is difficult to answer, but more than likely it is that the charging is getting interrupted. Another words, the charging cable is not making a good connection. This would be the port on your phone where the charger goes into your phone or it could simply be your charger cable. Try using another charger and see if you have the same symptoms with another charging cable. If so, then it is more than likely to charging port on your phone. Recommendation at this point would be to take it to your cell phone carrier so that they can make sure it is indeed your phone, they would advise you from there. Hope this helps.
What you will need to do when mp3 player does not charge. First use another
charger to test if it's the charger is working properly.
And secondly
After testing for charger, and still it does not charge, that means the charging
port on the mp3 player where the charger is been plugged in is not working
properly. You will need to replace the charging port. Alternately you can charge it from your computer by using USB cable. It automatically charges when connected to a USB port
check the pins on your charger and the connector on the phone. if they are in order, then u have a problem with your charging port which is on the phone. and if that is the case, you may have to replace the charging port. alternatively, you can get an external charger and use it to charge the battery. meaning you will get an extra battery to swap with the other when one is on charge. but if this problem deteriorates, it will be running down your battery, making it to discharge faster. Cheers!
