just try the following..
connect ur mobile with a system (usb cable)...
found out whether it is charging or not...
if the same prblm appears then there is a prblm in ur cell phone or power jack(socket)...
if it charged with usb cable buy a new charger

check the pins on your charger and the connector on the phone. if they are in order, then u have a problem with your charging port which is on the phone. and if that is the case, you may have to replace the charging port. alternatively, you can get an external charger and use it to charge the battery. meaning you will get an extra battery to swap with the other when one is on charge. but if this problem deteriorates, it will be running down your battery,making it to discharge faster.
