Attempt booting your system. Listen for possible bios beeps. Than shut the system down and remove the memory from " K " and insert your second memory DIMM. Again, boot system and listen for bios beeps. Intel suggest when installing memory on to the D945GCNL motherboard that it be done in a specific manner.
