Maybe you can try RePicvid Photo Recovery for Free. It is a professional tool to recover lost photos from computer and other storage devices. Just connect your iPad to computer and let this program detect and scan it.
You may have gotten something wet. Try blowing out the spark plug caps on the wires. Blow off the wires and coils and their connections too. A coil can cause this but usually not on all cylinders.
Tap app store, categories at bottom,in search bar type google earth and tap search or tap name in list.Under ipad apps tap free to install and enter password to install.
The stop switch is just a red plastic rocker that connects the earth cut out wire from the ignition unit, to a grouding wire to cut the ignition,it can be changed on the machine, however it is much easier to remove the air filter housing, start by removing the screws, two at the top and two at the bottom, disconnect the earth wire and the earth return wire, the upper wire has a spade conection onto the earthing strip, the lower wire also has a spade conection but just pushes into the red ignition rocker switch, unhook the choke from the carb, once the housing is removed gently pry out the blue choke pull from the housing, once removed pry off the broken rocker switch, this is sprung loaded via the earthing strip, pay close attention to how this is fitted, so as you know where to re fit if ( take a photo with a mobile phone to help with re instalation )now fit the new rocker switch, re install the earthing strip, re fit the choke pull, re assemble the air filter housing onto the back of the carb, re connect the wires.

I'd re-check the battery connections. Starters usually take lots of current, and if there is a bad connection, the voltage will drop and other electrical accessories will stop working (and things will get hot).
Consistent errors are usually projection or datum related. If you are taking coordinates collected in one projection and displaying them in your GPS in another, you the points will offset. I'm not talking about the decimal degrees 00.000n 000.0000w vs 00 00 00N 00 00 00W. I'm talking about the geographic model to represent the surface of the earth. Google Earth generally uses a geographic projection with WGS 1984 or WGS84 Datum. Make sure you are using the same settings on your GPS.
