SOLUTION:
Try to reset it:
1. Hold down "0" and "8" keys while turn on the power.
2. Enter 400 press Start.
3. Enter 0 press Set or Enter.

It is a problem with the fuser called as the oven
Turn the power switch off
switch on by pressing both buttons "0" and "8"
enter "400" and press "enter"
enter "0" and press "enter"
turn off the copier and then on again

Error code c44

try to reset the error by turning it off and press hold it [0+8] and turn [ON] until test mode will appear in the display. then type 400 and then start.if you see any numbers except zero. change it to zero by typing 0 on it and then press interupt. turn off the machine. and on.. if the error occurs again the thermostat or thermo fuse is defective. it is damaged or busted. it is located at the fuser unit.for more info email me on my accoun [email protected]

Toshiba e-280 shows F-120 error code, i dint find this error in my service hand book. any suggestion to overcome this problum.

[F120] Database abnormality

What you can try to do is go into (08) mode by holding the 0 and 8 keys while turning on the copier. Once it comes into test mode key in 684, this rebuilds the databases. If this doesn't fix it go into (08) mode again and key in 690 and press start, key in 2 and just hit start again. This formats the HDD and hopefully the copier will work after that. If not you will likely have to replace the HDD.

Note: When you format the HDD it clears out only information such as address book and templates.

F10 error code for a toshiba e-studio 28

Your HDD is having issues. You can try formatting the HDD (make sure you backup templates and address book if you use them.) To format HDD hold 0 and 8 while turning on the copier, when the machine comes ready key in 690 and hit start. It will then display "2 2", hit start again. Wait for it to say please reboot the machine, turn it off and back on. Hopefully this will work but if not, your HDD will need replacing.
