The sound for the radio totally cuts out , if I turn the power off and then power up after a few minutes the sound is back on the radio, when the sound cuts out on the radio and I switch to a cd the sound is fine and never cuts out. The frequency of this is steadily increasing as I have only had the unit 2 weeks and the radio sound lasts only 5 to 7 minutes now. Dealing with eonon is fruitless as their comprehension of English is almost nil. Please help me troubleshoot this problem.

- If only the compressor check for your outlet no sign of discoloration, check the voltage if normal, check the defective overload protector of the compressor it its external, or compressor itself is defective

Yo, I've got the perfect solution to your problem. Pull out the head unit from your dash. Then, remove the wiring harness carefully from the unit. Now, push in the yellow power wire (even jiggle it a little) making sure it's tightly snug the small port of the wiring harness. Then, plug the harness back into the unit and try turning it on. I've found that the wires come lose easily on this unit. hit me back up at [email protected].

Sound cuts off after no more than 10 minutes!

SOUNDS LIKE THE ANTI THEFT SYSTEM HAS SET ITSELF ON YOUR RADIO CAUSING RADIO TO SHUT OFF AFTER 10 MINUTES. THIS WAS DUE TO POWER FAILURE WHEN YOU DISCONNECTED BATTERY TO PUT NEW ONE IN. THIS IS COMMON. YOU MUST ENTER RADIO ALARM CODE FROM OWNERS MANUAL OR CONTACT DEALER TO GET CODE FOR YOUR VEHICLE. HOPE THIS HELPS!!

My 2008 Accent radio was working great last week. We had some bad snow this weekend. I went to turn on the radio on Monday and the radio was staticy and sounded like the speaker in the back was not...

Try checking the coax antenna wire coming out of the back of the radio. The antenna wire use to plug in, and I've had problems with them viberating out.

Panasonic radio - sound cuts out

The problem might be in the switches or volume knob due to oxidation on the contacts. Try unplugging the unit, then flick the switches (especially the power or AM/FM switch) into all their positions 8 to 10 times applying slight pressure downward on the switch. That should "clean" the contacts off. Do the same on the volume knob by giving it 8 to 10 FULL rotations from minimum to maximum. May have to repeat that a few times a year.

Infinity Bass link keeps cutting out.

Tapping into front or rear gets high level signal 3 plus volts at low impedance which is totally unsuitable for the sub's line level input which is more like 300millivolts > A competent tech could make up an attenuator patch or just take it to a professional car installer before you do more damage
