I take it u mean the heaters blow hot air but only in 1 position no matter where u set it to blow it all depends on if it's electrically done or mechanically done , if it's mechanically done it's probably the rod that connects from the dial to the heater box has broke or come off or been removed etc , if it's electric then it's a bit harder and u will need to find out what bit is not working.
Hello there:
My dishwasher will not work at all.
Investigate these four areas if your dishwasher is not working at all:
Power Supply
Your
dishwasher may not be receiving any power. It is somewhat difficult to
check for power at the plug outlet because the plug for a dishwasher is
usually behind the unit. You should make sure all the circuit breakers
of your circuit breaker panel are in the correct positions, or check to
make sure no fuses of your house fuse panel are blown.
Door Switch
A properly functioning door switch will shut your dishwasher off when
the door is opened. A defective door switch may not allow your
dishwasher to operate at all. Examine the door switch and test it. If
it is inoperable, it will have to be replaced.
It isn't very common, but it is still possible that your dishwasher's
cycle selector switch has become defective. Test the switch to
determine if it is the cause of your problem. Replace it with a new one
if it is.
Your dishwasher timer will not function if its motor is defective. And
if your timer is not functioning properly, then the dishwasher itself
will not function properly. Test your dishwasher's timer motor, and if
it is broken, you can replace either the entire timer assembly or just
the timer motor.
If the problem occured after the deck work check everywhere you worked on the deck. You are lookining for a pinched wire. What is occuring is with the vibration of the mower running the pinched wire will rub and touch ground causing the fuse to blow and shut off the engine. Even if not concerning the deck that is what you have to look for. It can be time consuming but this is what you have to do. The short if not about the deck try checking the seat area this is a common area of problems with shorts in riding mowers.
The most common problem for a dishwasher to not restart after the door
being closed is a failed door latch interlock switch. Adjusting /
repairing it is not too difficult.
Of course this assumes that the Dishwasher power circuit from the circuit breaker remains powered up.
Post back here if you are looking for more details.
Hi I checked the manual on line. Here's what it said.
Dishwasher has an odor
Run dishes being held in the dishwasher through a Rinse Only cycle. • Many dishwashers have a “new” smell when first installed. This will dissipate with use. • Dishwasher may not be draining properly. (See “Dishwasher Will Not Drain” section.) • For a strong odor, place baking soda in both sides of the detergent cup. Select Light Wash cycle and allow the water to circulate for about 10 minutes. Interrupt the cycle by unlatching the door and let it stand overnight. Restart the dishwasher by latching the door and allow it to complete the cycle. Another alternative is to use a dishwasher cleaning product such as Jet-Dry Dishwasher Cleaner*.
