I have seen that on older firmwares. Are you running 2.2? I would recommend upgrading to 2.2 (not 2.2.1) and installing yellowsn0w for unlocking.

the turbosim you have is pre-programmed to work with uk networks, to solve this problem you'll have to purchase another pre-programmed turbosim that will work with your brazilian simcard..........check ebay!
