Recover or Reset Forgotten Apple ID or Password on iPhone & iPad
This is all done on an iOS device and is often the simplest way to log back into an Apple account:
Open the Settings app and scroll down and tap on "iCloud"
Tap on the email address at the very top of the iCloud settings screen
Tap on the blue text underneath the password entry that says "Forgot Apple ID or Password?" where you'll have two choices:
If you know your Apple ID and don't remember the password, type in your email address and click "Next" to start the reset process
If you don't know your Apple ID, tap on "Forgot your Apple ID?" and fill out your full name and email address to recover the Apple ID login (yes, you can then do the password reset after you have the Apple ID)
Answer the security questions pertaining to that Apple ID, and follow the onscreen directions to complete the process
At this point you should be good to go, you can reset the password for the account and then login as usual.
From the drop-down menu, select I'll answer my security questions.
Answer the security questions that you set for your account.
Select Continue.
Add a new password
Select Enter
Done. Your password will be reset successfully.
For email related errors and issues, the easiest way is to reach Email technical support service. Their experienced support team offers an instant solution and help for email setup and password related issues.
1. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds.
2. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your email account username and password.
3. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the device and double check the password by logging in to that email account in a browser.
4. If you don't have access to the original email account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the devcice. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though.
Note: if you can't remember your email password, you will have to visit the email service support page to get it reset.

Follow the steps to recover your account. You'll be asked some questions to confirm it's your account and an email will be sent to you. If you don't get an email:
If you're connected to WiFi, you can tap the link
for 'forgot password' and then an email will be sent to your email address.
If you're not connected to WiFi:
There are three options when selecting the option
to enter Parent Mode: Select Age Group; Parent Controls; Device Settings, select

Enter the password 1orEnt= The
password is case sensitive.
Once in the settings, you can turn on the WiFi.
Return to Kidz Mode and try to enter Parent mode, tap Forgot
Password.
If you don't receive the email, again enter
Device Settings, from the left select Apps, on
the right select ALL from the top bar.
Scroll down the right hand pane and select
Kidzstar Mode, from the right hand pane select Clear
Data.
Return to the idle screen and switch off the unit.
When you turn it on, you will need to set up a new
account with a different email address.
