How to connect and install driver to the printer

Hello,

You need to install the driver of your printer that works with the operating system of your northgate computer. The driver is in the CD/DVD that came with your printer.

After installing everything, you can add RadarSync to your computer to optimize your computer's driver (eg. keeping them updated to avoid from some problems, and running automatic updates so that you can avoid from the headaches of doing the updates manually).

Connect the printer with your computer using USB cable, and install drivers to windows 7 from the CD comes with printer, if you dont have CD download drivers from HERE and install

Check the following:
1. What type of OS is installed?
2. Latest Service Pack is installed or not?
3. Is Printer Drivers are installed or not?

Do the following if all the above are upto mark.
1. Remove the Old Printer Drivers and restart the system.
2. Do not connect the Printer. If it is connected remove all the cables
3. Install the printer drivers and restart the system.
4. After restarting connect the cables of printer to the cpu
5. Wait for a few minutes until it shows the message as "Printer Drivers are installed and is ready for use".

Disconnect the printer from the laptop, install and run a system cleaner like

reboot then download (as in Save, not Run) the new correct driver from

When the download is over reboot again and launch the installer - connect the printer only when instructed.

Hello, you definately need to go to the HP Support Website and Choose Drivers and Software. Then, in the First Box at the top, Choose "Automatically Scan My System" option. NOTE: Be sure to have your device connected to computer and powered on. This option allows HP to scanyour system and install any/all updated software and drivers automatically..

Select:
the tab Drivers & Downloads.
enter your operating system in the bar Select OS.
Now a list of drivers and software shows up.
Drivers and software should be used with the operating system on your computer.

Do not connect the printer until installation of the drivers and software has completed. Or only connect when a dialog during installation shows up, to do so.

1. ALWAYS list the brand and model number otherwise the advice you get may not be worth much. 2. You can try this:
- Make sure your printer is properly connected to the computer and have the printer turned on. - Restart (best choice, cold start) the computer. - If the operating system is healthy and the printer is functional, Windows (we must again assume, no details given) should find the printer and install at least a basic driver to permit simple printing.

When your computer got repaired, the operating system probably is reinstalled on the PC. In that case the driver for the printer is not on the
system any more.

When you did already connect the printer before installing the printer's driver:
1. First remove the printer in the hardware manager:
Right click My Computer, select Properties > Hardware > Hardware Manager > Printers: right click the printer and remove the device.
2. Install the driver for the HP F380 from the disk that came with the printer or go to the support site for the software & driver download:

Select the software & drivers and next select your operating system for the correct download. After the download of the Full Feature and Drivers, run this software on the computer.
Connect the printer after the installation has completed or when during installation the software asks to do so.

Hello my friend, regarding on your problem kindly check your system particularly your windows 2008 server OS. Kind reinstall the printer drivers then then shared it. Then after you share the printers kindly check the ip address of your windows server 2008 OS then go to the workstation Computer then click start button found in your task bar manager then click run. Then kindly type the "\\IP of your windows server 2008" where your printer drivers installed then enter. As soon as you can log in the Windows server 2008 menu environment then if you can find or see the printer icon then click the printers icon then right click then click connect. Let the system automatically installed the printer driver to your workstation computer. then as soon as your system finished installed the printer drivers then try to run and print if you can now print using network LAN.
