The phone had went dead and i put it on the charger and un hooked the phone cord so it can charge with nio interrutions and its been on the charger for 3 days and it still say low battery

you may try leaving the phone off for a week with out the battery in and of course no charger, then try plugging a charger in that you know is working by testing on another phone.
the reason for this may be the way you have attached the battery charger leads
charging batteries require the positive lead of the charger to be clipped to the positive terminal of the battery
likewise the negative lead of the charger goes to the negative terminal of the battery
I suspect that you are hooking positive to negative in which the charger will go into overload protection and shut down.
Try taking the battery out of the phone hold the power button for at least 20 seconds and put the battery back in and reconnect the charger. If that doesnt reset the phone then i'd say your phone died and not the battery. Does it do anything at all with the charger hooked up? Any lights come on?
Its very hard to pinpoint the problem from your few descriptions. However since the light came on it mostly means the charger should be okay. As for the phone, if the battery is really dead, it sometime takes up to 30 minutes before it shows that it is charging. SO leave it plugged in for some time to see what happenes. If it did not come on after that then the phone is bad. Just to make eveything sure, you can also try any other MINI USB charger or a simple MINI USB cord to the computer to charge the phone with as well. They all work on the Blackberry
my phone stopped charger and i went to settings and usb connection and go to music sync and then i put it on the charger and played with it for a lil while then it started charging and every since that i never went dead!!
