the ringer is always on except you must have put it on vibration.check the stting of you phone,go to the profile and edit the ringer.

are you serious? on the side of the phone is the volume control. turn it all the way down till it says silent or you can go to settings, sounds, ringer, ringer volume and from there put it on silent.
