Recover my facebook if my email address has been recycled

The email account was recycled because I forgot the pass word and I cant remember my facebook password either

You may be able to get back into your Facebook account by answering a security question, using an alternate email address listed on your account or getting help from friends. Keep in mind that you'll only see these options if you set them up.To see if you have these options:

Once you get back into your account you can change your login email address at any time from youraccount settings. You can also log into Facebook with any email address you've added to your account.

Do you remember the email your used to register your Facebook account?
Try to use it instead your username.
Also, you can click on "forgot my password" and recover it through email.

My son got a ps3 the ps3 has turned its self off. he restarted it and all his files and date has been lost. the problem is he cant remember his user i.d and pass word how can he get this back thank you
he needs to remember the email address he used to create the PSN account. without knowing the email address used, nothing can be recovered.

if your son does know the email, he can click forgot password and try to recover the password or reset it.

contacting sony will not produce any result as many users have tried before. sony will not release any confidential information.

if all is lost, you must create a new account with a new email address.

please keep record of the email address and password.

The problem is i cant remember entering my pass word when setting up my face book account and now i am ask for my pass word.
When you first setup your facebook account, you actually had to setup your Username and Password. In case you forgot your Username or password, you can always click on "I Forgot My Password" and an email will be sent to the email address you used to register on facebook containing both the username and password.

Go ahead, click on "I Forgot My Password" and fillout the form, check your email and try logging on to facebook.

I cant remember the password n email address
you can check through your friends account and then you find out info of your account,collect your email address and then send a request form facebook that you forgot password. you will receive a mail about your password and then log in and cancel it
