You have to unscrew the crown once it is unscrewed can you pull it out once for the day and twice for your time. Be sure to screw the crown back in when you're finished or else you'll get moisture inside.
Pull out the crown to the alarm setting position. The crown is located on the right side of the face of the watch. Pull the crown out until "AL", the alarm indicator, is shown on the watch. Depending upon the model of your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch, you will either pull the crown out in the first or second position.
Select the hours and minuets for the alarm. Once your watch is in the alarm setting position, press the bottom right button on your watch. This will enable you to select the hours and minuets that you want to set the alarm for.
Set your alarm. To begin setting your alarm turn the crown clockwise until the desired hour or minutes are displayed on your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch. If you happen to accidentally pass the alarm time, turn the crown counter-clockwise the get back to the desired alarm time.
Save your alarm. When you are ready to save your alarm, simply push in the crown. Once your alarm sounds, to silence it press any button on your Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch.
The time setting screw is more accurately called the crown which is, in your case, a 'screw down crown'. This is done for water resistance. You must first unscrew the crown before you can pull it out. When you are finished setting the watch you must screw it back in. It may require that you press in on the crown and turn it at the same time to get the threads to catch. No need to overtighten it.
Cost epends on model but the parts will need to be ordered from TAG.Most TAG crowns screw on to a tube on the case side so this probably will need to be replaced. You will need a specialist watchmaker look at www.rolexrepairs.co.uk there is a postal repair service with free estimates.

If you pull out crown carefuly, you will notice there are two clicks. The first one is for adjusting calendar (day or/and date). Next one is for moving hands. Pull out to the first click and adjust the date by turning the crown.
Probably your watch has a screwdown crown and prior to attempt any settings you have to unscrew it. Some peoples fingers are stronger then others, so, try that with a pair of plyers. Cover your crown with a soft cloth and then grip with plyers(this will avoid any damage). Thread is right handed and unscrewing is done by turning the crown anticlockwise. After setting the time don't forget to screw the crown back- it is for water resistance. If you are unable to unscrew the crown, that means your watch is rusty and you will need watchmakers help. PS If the watch is rusty, you can brake the crown off while trying to unscrew it. Don't panic yet, as in this case you will need a watchmaker anyway. Don't forget to rate, please.

Tags have a screw down crown (winder knob) turn the knob counter clock-wise until you feel the crown unscrew (not off) then pull the crown carfully. It will pop once this is for date adjust. Then pull once more and you can now adjust the hands, set accordingly then push crown back in. After you push it back in gently compress the crown and tighten clockwise until it stops. CAUTION!!!!!!! Tags are not waterproof if the crown is not screwed back down. I hope this helps I am actually a car guy (just happen to own a couple)
The video i want to see you,is using older kind of watch, screwing before he can pull the crown ,the new model watches now like your Tag Heuer is pushing, use a needle to push, while pushing the stem lock you pull the crown .That's why ill tell you in advance so you aware.I know because i'm a watch technician working in rolex before...
the crown is a screw down type to keep the watch water tight. Unscrew the crown (what you refer to as the dial) and you will then be able to set the date, time, etc. and be able to wind the watch manually. P.S. You unscrew the crown by rotating it counter-clockwise.
