The computer catches every advertisement, it is always slow, it needs its catch cleaned and what else please?

You may try to install AdBlock for your browser. It is different versions for each browser so you need to check. Try a Google serach for AdBlock ;-) To clear the cache, it is again slightly different between browsers. Try going to the browsers help-pages.
As for slow mac, try the following:
1 turn off your computer.
2 press start - and as soon as you hear the startup sound, press AND HOLD, the shift key (the one for making capital letters). Keep on pressing it until you get a log-in screen. (this may take a little time) and you will see a message saying "safe boot".
3 type your password and log on
4 find "Disc Tools" in your Utilities folder.(>username >applications >utilities >Disc Tool)
5 Double click on disc tool.
6 Once it is up and running click once on your hard disk icon (inside the software) to select it (located on the left hand side of the dialogue window)
7 then click "Repair disc permissions" (this may take a while)
8 restart your computer
Hopefully it is now feeling better
