I have an AllWinner Q102 Android 4.4.2 Tablet 10.1" A31S Quad Core . I had to get a different charger for it because the one it came with was from Europe and their wall plugins are different than in Canada. I ended up buying another cord, but it won't seem to charge, I keep getting a red flashing battery. Can anyone help? It's brand new. 
Your power cord may not be putting out enough current. Check and make sure it is the right adaptor for your tablet

Question 1: Will the tablet operate on the docking station (or power cord) without the battery in place?
If not, the power circuit on the tablet motherboard is broken.
Question 2: If you plug in the power cord into the tablet, is the connection "loose"?
Check the other tablet to see if it is the same loosness at the tablet power connector.
If it is loose, the power receptical in the tablet can be soldered back onto the motherboard.
Recommend taking it into a shop to re-solder.
If under warranty, get it repaired.
If not under warranty, your choice if you want to use it they way it is.

To hard reset a tablet, hold the power button down until it shuts off then press it to turn back on. Should take about 5 - 10 seconds for the device to power off.

Did you drain the battery completely and try to recharge it? A lot of people have problems if they drain the battery and recharge. I went through 3 A300 tablets before I figured out I had to recharge the tablet BEFORE it went dead or it would never start again. I don't know why but many brands have this problem. Also, do not shut it completely off when it is on the charger. Always take it off charge, or turn off before charging. I had another prestige that had to be replaced because I turned it off or on while charging. I have not found out why this happens to many tablets! Good luck!

Leave the tablet connected to the charger for 5-10 minutes even if doesn\'t work. Then take out the battery and try with master charger and (switch on the tablet) after that, check whether the previous charger is working again or not again. If it doesn\'t show charging sign, then you have to take it to service center to change the charger connector.

i can suggest you get a Duracell wireless charger which you just place your tablet on and it charges?
