I am having issues with my account that is under the e-mail address: [email protected] Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password as well as my password to the e-mail that, that account is listed under. Hotmail is unable to grant me access to my e-mail and my friends haven't responded to the account recovery that you have set up. I'm logged into the account through my mobile device, due to it automatically signing me in however I would like to gain access back through the account through my laptop. You need to reset password Click on " forgot password" and get verification code then enter and click on verifies and get link for reset new password .
Open website www.facebook.com then enter user Id and Password .and click on login .
What my helpful friends above didn't take into account is that your registered email account is also inaccessible. Log in using your mobile device, and change your settings/preferences/password/registered email/etc. in your profile from there. You should then be able to access your FB account using the new settings from your laptop.
Log in with your user name, then instead of your password click on forgot password. they will send instructions on how to reset it.
Enter user id and password and click on login button.

Try again with Facebook snd ask them to send you a new password since your attempts until now have failed. If they keep being stubborn and refuse to give the passord, then you can open a new account.
But tell therm how important it is thatyou get into your excisting account.

hello yes im afraid this is an ongoing problem with facebook at the moment a breech of your security details is most at fault here with alot of hackers out there its no wonder ,this happened to myself also only a couple of weeks ago the only solution as i tried the same method ,would be to register a new account ,you can try reseting your password there are options to receive activation code by email or by phone ,use the phone code ,you will also need to register a new email address i hope this helps you some all the best goodluck

hopefully you set up an alternative email address when you signed up for hotmail. If not, then access your FB via your mobile, edit your email information from there. request a password reset from your laptop using the new preferences. Good luck
