How do I get past error code 011 - Roku Streaming Stick

The Roku player may have lost connection with the Roku server.
You need to power cycle the Roku player by disconnecting the plug, wait at least 1 minutes and reconnect the power..

error 011 normally means the paper cassette is not fitted properly. Usually the cassette(paper tray) sensor is out of place or the cassette is damaged.

check the formate once

That error code is usually associated with the firewall in the wireless router. If you turn off the router firewall then the Roku should be able to access the Internet to perform the update.

register again

This error normally means that the Roku can't get past your router's security or it is connected to a Guest network. Make sure that you're not connecting the Roku to a Guest network.

Error 011 indicates an error with the recording paper cassette. Re-install the cassette to clear the error. It's basically the bin that holds the paper that the paper tray leads into. Please post back with any problems or questions or just to rate the solution. Thanks very much!

Check cassette refers to the paper cassette. If there is no paper or the cassette is not seated correctly, then you will get that error. If you tried those, then check the left rear of the cassette for a tab. If that tab is broken off you will get this error and you need a new paper cassette. Good luck.
