I have 2 tablets from walmart in navarre one is rca 7inch the other one is Hisense 8 inch i did not have the boxes and they refused to help me except send it to manufactor no help again can you help m

Went back to walmart in navarre florida 32566 no boxes so they did not help told to send back to manufactor i ask who might that be no help without boxes they were gifts so no reciet but i used my bank card to get them i also went to radio shack and got another crod did not work can you help me?

They are fobbing you off if they told you to come to Fixya. We are a community of people who just like helping people. We are not Walmart or RCA.

To be fair, you should be able to prove your purchase with them. Who provided the replacement plan? If it was Walmart, then it is their duty to replace or fix your unit. There may be small print that says something to the effect that they will cover replacement up to 12 months and after that, it is down to the manufacturer. Go back and ask to speak to the manager. Tell them you went to Fixya and this was the information you got :>)

I bought the same computer from Walmart for my daughter for Christmas. I have had to send it in three times to have the hard drive fixed as it showed the same error that you were getting. I was very mad as the first time I had to pay $25 to have them ship me the box to send it in to them. I also tried at first to return it back to Walmart but was told it was to late and I would have to go through Toshiba. I just received it back again today. They have had to replace the hard drive three times. This is ridiculous as I have had several other computers and laptops and have never had to have a hard drive replaced before. I told them I was not paying the last two times to send it in for repair as it should never of had to go to them the first time. The girl did send me the box free the last two times but honestly I think they should just give me a whole new computer as I think these ones are lemons! I cannot believe a brand new computer would need to have a hard drive replaced 3 times in 5 months! The girl advised me if it had to go back again they would probably finally do something. I sure hope your is working better then mine.

I just bought an olympus fe47 in late jan 2011, ive noticed a small black spot on the screan. when you take pictures it shows up on the picture itself and on the computer when i upload them,i took it back...


Walmart have incorrectly informed you. You have dirt or damage on your ccd sensor and it is not possible to clean it without dismantling the camera. The fact that you believed walmart leads me to believe that you are very gullible.How old are you? Take it back to them, tell them it has not been right since you bought it and ask them to replace it.

Sanyo VPC-E1075 comes with 90 day warranty. Teenager at walmart told me 1 year also. That is why I bought it. 3 year extended warranty is $22-$24 (walmart.com website only. In store only 2 year available).

Rock band ps2 disc


THis is my complaint letter I have sent out tonight:
My daughter and I went to Walmart in New Ulm, Minnesota tonight. She took her savings of $130.00 that she earned rock picking this summer to buy the game "Rockbandfor playstation2" for her playstation2. (FYI her playstaion2 is slim model numberSCPH-70012)

We got home and she happily opened the box and quickly put everything together and hooked it up. The disk was "unreadable" it stated "there is no data"

There was a pink slip inside the game stating to go to http://supportea.com/rockband if there was a problem with the game. I went to the site and called the phone number stated on the site. I was told that the Rockband game did not work on certain models of the playstation 2and there were lawsuits against sony because of this.I was told there was nothing they could do. I was told to call Sony at 1-800-345-7669. I called Sony and they told me they knew nothing about the so called lawsuits against them that "ROckband" told me. Sony said I could give them my credit card number and for $45 I could mail it to them and they would look at my playstation 2 console. Note: ALL OTHER PLAYSTATION GAMES WORK ON MY PLAYSTATION! Rockband is the only one that does not. Sony told me I needed to call EA (ROckband) . I called ROckband and talked to supervisor Steve. He said I could return the game (which is a HUGE box with drums etc in it ) at my cost and if found defective they would send me a factory sealed new game which I could return to Walmart and get my money back. I do not have the money to pay for shipping on this......I asked for a prepaid shipping label and they said no they could not do that.
I then called the New Ulm Walmart and talked to Asst manager Mike. He gave me the same answer as SOny and Rockband ultimatley gave me.....THere was nothing they could do. THe box was opened and federal law says they cannot take electronics back. He knew nothing about this game being faulty with certain models of Playstation2 systems.
I told all 3 of these companys that there should be a recall.....that they are aware this Rockband Playstation2 game does not work with certain Playstation 2 consoles. There should be some sort of label on the box stating this!!!!
My 14 year old daughter worked hard for that money she spent on this game! All I want is the money back!! I told Walmart they should not have these games on their shelves!!! I had purchased the game an hour before I called Walmart to ask if I could please return it and they said it would be against the law for them to take it back.
Do I need to buy a new playstation2 (which I cant afford!) and what if that playstation is one of the faulty models....then I am stuck with another useless playstation.......

Its just so ridiculous that my daughter bought this game and she can't even use it and can;t take it back to get her money back. We bought this game a couple hours ago and my daughter has been so upset about all of this she has been in tears. She has saved that money for a long time and finally decided to make this big purchase........We made a special trip to the New Ulm Walmart from Springfield just to buy this game..............

You would think big cooperations such as Sony, EA or Walmart would be willing to at least send a prepaid shipping label to help us out in this situation.
They are ripping consumers off!!!! Its a disgrace!

First of all, stop bitching about Wal-Mart. If they tell you there's nothing they can do, then there's nothing they can do. You shouldn't complain because you expect Wal-Mart to solve all your problems! 90 days is 90 days, after that they are not ALLOWED to take back your TV, and for those of you whom this pertains to, if it was messed up before 90 days, you SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT IT BACK IN TIME! Oh, and on the reciept piece, what don't you understand about that? How can they prove it's not stolen if YOU didn't save YOUR reciept?? Common sense says that you should have saved it. At any rate, the number you ned to call is 1-216-454-0867. Yes, it's long distance, get over it.
