Just so you know, all you have to do is Google "Galaxy Tab 3 Manual" and this pops right up. It looks like a PDF download, so you can download it and read it at your leisure. If you want to go even further, print the whole thing out as a reference. Hope this helps. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Manual User Guide
This is an Android tablet and you can try to reset it but this will erase all your personal data.
You can do this from the Android System Recovery menu.
To go in the Android system recovery menu, press and hold the Power On button and some other key (Volume Up, Volume Down, Home ). The combination is different for the different models.
When you are in the Android system recovery menu, use The Volume Up/Down keys for navigation and the Power button for confirmation.

- Yes -- delete all user data
- reboot system now
If your samsung galaxy tablet 3 have return policy, please contact your vendor. If you bought from shopping website, they have contact numbers. Call them for return.
You can confirm this by going into your menu - then settings - about phone (it might be something different since it isn't a phone, but it should say "about" or something like that). In this screen it should tell you the android version you are running. I hope this helps.
