Do not connect to the computer. Turn the frame on. Use the remote and I can't remember how I did it, maybe SETUP, but it gave me a drop down to delete all photos and I hit enter and it did it. Hope this helps a bit.
User manual for this unit can be downloaded from this link that you can save to your computer for future use, just click HERE and proceed with the download.
Here is a link to the page for your frame on the manufacturers website. Go to this link, and then click on the "user manual" icon at the bottom of the page, and download the manual. Let me know if you have any trouble and I can help some more.
I had the same problem. I "thought" I was deleting them via my computer (using the delete function in Windows Explorer). However, that doesn't really delete the files.
I had to manually delete 82 photos (one by one) using the klunky menu buttons on the frame. I hope it works. Note that the frame cannot be connected to your computer when you're doing this. Good luck!
Are using a memory card. If yes, than go to "my computer" than click on drive that has memory card. (probably i: drive) The Music file is probably is mp3. Pictures are DOC
Use an sd memory card. Transfer your pictures from your camera or computer to the card then put the card in the slot on the frame. You can buy them for as little as six dollars.
