How do I change the ring tone a an Alcatel one touch m pop

Go into settings, ring tones , and change it there , can only change to those listed

this is all i can find at mo.

1. From the home screen, tap the All Apps icon.
2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
3. Scroll to and tap Sound & notification.
4. Tap Default notification ringtone.
5. Tap the preferred notification sound and then tap OK.

I used to have Alcatel One Touch Pop7. I'd recommend you to check Sound in settings of the phone. Maybe it is in "silent' mode?

1. From the Home screen, tap the Recent Apps key to bring up the Menu.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Scroll to 'DEVICE,' then tap Audio profiles.
4. Under 'PREDEFINED PROFILES,' tap General.
5. Tap the Settings icon.
6. Scroll to '[INCOMING CALLS],' then tap Phone ringtone.
7. Tap Phone ringtone again.
8. Tap the desired ringtone from the scrolling list.
9. Tap OK to confirm.

Go to your profiles.Select one Profile,eg GENERAL and edit it,it will give you options to select ring tone,volume,ring mode(vibe and ring).Save and then activate profile.
