Feroza. Loosing a password is as bad as loosing the only key to your front door. Loosing equals forgotten. Facebook has a lot of ways to recover your account, but you should have left at least one email account where you still have access to, before you last connected to FB.
They even can send a reset pass word code to one of the first e-mail addresses you used to verify you were a real person and not a bot. Remember you had to open a mail and send back a number, or click a link while setting up your account.
I'm not sure you tried to get help from Facebook, but if not, go to this page and see if anything fits your situation, to recover your account.

You can contact facebook, but you won't have much luck with them if you don't know any information about the account. They will need that in order to assist you. Did you add a mobile number for an additional way to confirm account information? If so, you may be able to use that to recover or reset the password using the "Forgot your password" link. If it is your account, you have a couple of options, but you need to start with clicking the "Forgot your password?" link.

Someone hacked my Facebook an it's been so long since Ive made my Facebook I don't have the the same number an I don't remember my email password so I'm screwed

As the computer is turning on, keep pressing the f8 button until a menu appears. Select the "safe mode with command prompt"

fill the information in brackets yourself as I don't know this info.
e.g. to change a password on an account called "admin" to "open" I'd write this.
net user admin open

Don't panic, yahoo has a password retrieval process.
Just go to mail.yahoo.com and click on "I can't access my account" -> "I forgot my password" -> put your ID and then answer to the questions that yahoo asks you.

Hopefully you remember the answer to these security questions (these answers were defined by you when you created your account).

I have the exact same problem don't call sony it won't work they will give you a bunch of automation messages (I know iv'e tried) try calling sony later when they have the psn fully back up, also try all your email accounts (assuming you have more than 1) if u can't remember one try asking your friend or something they might know since they probably have you on contacts. The final reason is make a new account and restart everything (not reccomended)
