Have purchased a 50inch luxor TV, when i set it up it would connect to my wifi with no issue. Then one night it kept coming up with dongle removed then please wait followed by dongle not detected. Today I have tried again to connect to wifi,I get please wait followed by a quick messege stating dongle removed followed by messege dongle detected. But it keeps doingbthis when i am tryingbto scan for next works. It won't allow me to access the advanced option either. Can someone please help

Since it has an internet connection, I'm sure you could buy a set of connectors that plug into a 110 outlet, one to the ethernet connection on the TV, one to a port on the router. Example:

Take it back to the store you bought it from, and ask them to fix it or replace it for you.

The WIFi dongle maybe loose or has lost its settings.

Make sure it has a good line of sight to the router and is not hidden behind the TV.
You can set up the settings manually
.The other thing which may help is to go into TV menus under network and change from 'manual' and use your own details;
Try these settings;
IP - 192.168.1.100
Subnet - 255.255.255.0
Gateway - 192.168.1.1
DNS - 8.8.8.8

As far as I know there is only one Luxor TV model that has Internet access (Smart TV) and it comes with a wireless adapter/dongle. Plug the dongle in the USB port of the TV set and follow the instructions in the user guide on how to set up a network connection. Usually, from your remote, go to Menu, Settings and then to Set Up Network Connection. Please be aware that you need to have a wireless modem/router for your home network in order to be able to connect your TV to the internet.

The dongle is not compatible with the TV. Check the owner's manual for compatible models.

You TV cannot use a wifi wireless dongle. The usb port on your tv is for connecting a usb drive for pictures or movies. There is no place to load the drivers necessary for a wifi or bluetooth dongle.
