Not all models of Bluetooth earphones are compatable with every phone. Contact Apple support to find out if the model you have is compatible.

If the Apple tech says that the model earphone is compatible, then you should try another earphone to verify if the iPhone Bluetooth section is defective, or if the earphone you have is defective.

Try 0000! It's the standard bluetooth code for most bluetooth enabled devices unless changed.
