When I type a text message the keys make a noise. I have turned it off via settings but doesn't seem to stop it ! Please help it is driving me insane!

Real simple, go to setting, go to Volume, you should see a blue options window labeled Volume. At the bottom of you screen should be an option for system. Turn this volume slider all the way down and your key pad will no be silent. The down side to this is that every key or icon you touch will be silent. :-(

There is a good reason why they don't want you to clear the whole memory. You will lose country, tax, monetary settings plus lots of dealer settings. It is best to edit the old program to suit your new business. It will be much easier and quicker. To reset the report, turn to Z mode and press CASH. That will clear out the last daily report. The only thing you can't clear is the grand total. That is a security issue, so it always keeps adding, but you don't need it. Your other figures will be correct each day. Some machines allow you to turn the GT printing off if it annoys you.

If you are receiving the DRM activator error message do the following to correct the issue.
1 - Left click on Start
2.- Right click on Computer
3 - Left click on Properties 4 - Left click on Advanced System Settings
5 - Under Performance click on Settings
6 - Left click on Data Performance Settings
7 - Click on TURN ON DEP FOR ESSENTIAL WINDOWS PROGRAMS AND SETTINGS ONLY.
8 - Click on Apply and then OK.

UAC: (User Account Control)
Open up Control Panel, and type in user account into the search box. You'll see the link for "Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off". Click it. Uncheck the box, and reboot your computer. hope this helps but if it still doesn't work just text me back and we'll try somthing else:)

Hi, issues like this are related to your Sim card (network),
not your Cell Phone . In most cases, regarding the text messages,
the problem is from the Service Operator. Have you tried the Sim card on another phone? If not,
remove the Sim card, insert it on another phone and try sending a message from another mobile to you number,
or you can do it in vise- versa by inserting another Sim card on your mobile.

If you can't receive text messages even when it's inserted on another handset,
then you will need to call the customer care of your Network Operator and tell
them your problem, they will help you fix it immediately.

You can check the message center number, but I don't think
it's very much important in your case, well, if you wanna try,
just check the text message settings and verify that the message
center number (which is currently in use) is the same number which
is on another phone with the same network (the other Sim should be
of the same network in your area). If it's different, make the changes
and save the settings. Also disable the "Receive Via" or similar settings..
(I can't recollect the exact settings as i don't have the same model with
me, please excuse me for this.).

If the same Sim card doesn't receive text messages using another handset,
don't bother to change the settings or to make any changes with it,
first call the customer care and verify from them, you may make mistakes instead of fixing it.

You've managed to subscribe to a service, whether you knew what you were doing or not.
If you wish to end your subscription, you will need to send a text message:
1. Open a new text message. Type "STOP". 2. Send it to 90232 (yes, that's the whole number. Texts don't always require a 10-digit number.)
