Do you have the optional sd memory card instaleld in the camera?

Have you formated the sd memory card or MMC card as suggested on page 37 of the user manual.
on page 36 on image storage settings = If set on Auto it uses the external card if there is one installed rather than the internal memory.

You need to have a memory card installed in the camera !
see page 5 of the user manual.

Hi.

Enter main menu, scroll down to "Setup Menu" and then navigate to "FORMAT". Simply format your internal or external memory, and thats it.

dont you worry about that, the only thing you need to do is to format internal memory., you can do this by pressing menu button then scroll down and look for setup then press Ok button.,

now under setup press down arrow again then look for the word format then press Ok button, and you need to select the internal memory to format., gudluck!

When I turn my camera on, it shows internal memory is full, but I have not had my camera that long or taken enough pictures for it to be full. Can't get any answers from the booklet that came with it. ...

If you have a memory card in the camera and pictures on the camera's internal memory, the memory card won't work until you get rid of the internal memory's pictures. With no card in the camera, go into the menu and find "format"...follow the on-screen instructions to erase the internal memory. Now your card should work properly.

-Under setup look for IMAGE STORAGE it should be on auto if its Internal memory you need to select the image storage press ok button the select Auto then press Ok button again.

-make sure the Memory card that you are using is just 1GB or 2GB SD card only do not go over than that because it will not be compatible on the camera C875

Internal memory is full, how do I transfer these pictures to a SD

Plug your camera into your computer. You will have two removable drives. One for the internal memory of your camera as well as the memory card. If you press My computer in Windows you will see two removeable drive devices.
