Look inside your fridge at the back wall, just above the level of the top of veg box (crisper drawer). You may have to squat a bit to get your eye level down to it. There is a gutter that collects condensed water and at left end of gutter is a drain hole. In my Miele it kept getting blocked and so water spilled over and ended up on bottom of fridge like yours. For a quick fix it you need to clean that hole by poking a chopstick in it. For a permanent fix, turn the fridge around so you are looking at the back of it with all the condensing pipes. On the right you will see a clear plastic drain tube that runs down to a heat unit. This is the overflow from that drain hole I mentioned. You need to get one of those brushes on a flexible metal cable. I got mine from Amazon, Prettyui refridgerator scrub. You poke that up the tube from the bottom to clear out all the gunk. I then used a Turkey baster to flush that tube from the top with water to get the last bits of gunk out. Works like a dream - never had water in bottom of fridge again.
Your defrost timer may be malfunctioning thereby causing it not to defrost the freezer coil thereby causing the drain to plug and overflow drips down inside the refrigerator which you may notice the refrigerator not being as cold as it should but the freezer still works excellent. This was my issue.
Most frost free refrigerators take water from the freezer so you do not have to defrost the freezer. That being said there should be a drain under the crisper. Check to see if it is clogged.
you may need to put something under the refrigerator to collect the water..
The refrigerated air in a fridge should be drying everything out which indicates that there is cold mosture laden air that is not exposed to the ambient air in the fridge. One source of the water could be the bottom of the crisper pan on which condensation might be collecting. Most modern crispers have temp and humidity settings and are isolated from the air throughout the fridge. If you romove the drawers and cover shelf across their tops, you will see channels at the back that conducts cold air into and our of the crispers. Sometimmes these get blocked or misdirected which could reslult in excessive or insufficient internal temperature. Check and clear those channels to see if your problem is eliiminated. Also be sure to but the right food item in the right, (dry or moist) crisper box. Generally, leafy vegetable so in the box set for high humidity. Item that are hard orr have hard skins go in the low humidity box.
