To view the Personal Call Log, complete the following steps:
1) Log in to the BlackBerry MVS web UI.
2) Click the Personal Call Log button at the top of the page.
3) Select the date/time range.
4) Click Submit.

You can try this, it worked for us.
Press the key that says CID (Caller ID) to view every missed called telephone number. They disappeared, but we had to do each handset. Hope that works for you.
hi there did you try to reset the phone? if not go to menu, settings,
master reset, reset settings, then it will ask a code, default code
0000 unless you have'nt change it. but if you choose master clear it
will erase everything contact, musics, etc.
