You can stop the display about the issue via ''settings''. To actually connect to the internet you need to enter your wifi security code. It should ask you for it, but it may only ask for it if you try to connect via the ''settings'' menu.

Thanks gregg I av tried all that bt its nt working I can't get d display off d screen and I can't press any button if d display is on so there is no way I can connect to d internet

What model is the TV ? If it's asking for a dongle it should be supplied with the TV . It would look like a USB flash drive

Need to hook my tv up to the Internet

If it is a Smart TV, then you need to have a WiFi Router with Internet Connectivity.
If not, you need a WiFi TV dongle, such as ChromeCast from Google. or AnyCast which is Generic.

Do you have a WiFi dongle connected to the TV?
If so, it would appear it has a bad connection and needs to be reseated (unplug->plug back in).

If that does not fix the issue, the dongle may be faulty.

Dust in the USB socket can cause false indications. Blow out the USB socket and try.

My just purchased Luxor 42" smart TV keeps flashing up "wifi dongle romoved" "wifi dongle detected" when trying to connect to the Internet. It's suppose to have built-in wifi. Can someone please help.

Take it back to the store you bought it from, and ask them to fix it or replace it for you.

I have Wansa smart TV and want to use Logitech wireless Arabic keyboard

you are going have to use the tv to search the internet for the logitech website try install the into the memory storage area in the tv or you mite have put the software or program installation software on a flash drive and plug it into usb plug on the tv. if that fail i have another idea try itunes see if they have generic drive that will work with the keyboard.

go to logitech website or tv website and post the same question to the forum members for help.

You TV cannot use a wifi wireless dongle. The usb port on your tv is for connecting a usb drive for pictures or movies. There is no place to load the drivers necessary for a wifi or bluetooth dongle.
