When we go on Netflix etc it connects fine but after about 30 mins or so the connection becomes delayed and buffers. Does anybody know why? It's basically unwatchable we never had this issue with a normal TV connected with a wii console

A dongle... There's your problems right there as to why the internet is lacking. Look on your tv for an ethernet port or check in the tv menu for a wifi option.

wifi will be easy and no cords, but wired with an Ethernet cable sometimes brings better speed and more reliability..

Hi. I can't connect to my Netflix account on my Ecco smart tv

If you are having trouble connecting to your Netflix account on your Ecco smart TV, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check your internet connection: Make sure your TV is connected to the internet and that the connection is strong and stable. You can do this by checking other internet-connected devices in your home or running a speed test.
  2. Restart your TV: Try restarting your Ecco smart TV by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it on.
  3. Update the firmware: Make sure your TV's firmware is up to date. Check the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to update your TV's firmware.
  4. Clear the Netflix app data: Go to the settings menu on your Ecco smart TV, find the Netflix app, and clear its data. This will erase your login information, so you will need to log in again.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the Netflix app: If clearing the app data does not work, try uninstalling the Netflix app from your TV, and then reinstalling it from the app store.
If none of these steps work, you can also try contacting Ecco's customer support or Netflix's customer support for further assistance.

I dropped cable. Now I can't watch Netflix and I have WIFI. How can I get Netflix back.

Paula, You will have to have a smart tv to connect to wi fi or a media box or something like roku connected to internet.
Wi FI may not give you enough bandwidth for viewing netflix.
An ethernet cable connected to your router that has enough high speed via a land connection. Or a power point network switch on same power circuit may allow a fast power line data connection between router and near the TV.
Also the subscription might have to be changed with netflix from a cable to an internet subscription .

How to put Netflix on my TV. I don't know how, and I already paid for Netflix.

Hi,

The TV will need to be a "smart" TV to have the Netflix app installed. Just put your email and password into the Netflix app. If the TV is not a "smart" TV but has an HDMI port you can use something like the amazon firestick or you can buy a cheap android HDMI dongles which will allow you to use netflix on the TV.

\I wish to start up Netflix on my TV

Do you own a smart tv or a streaming device like a Ruko, a blu-ray player with streaming capabilities, or a xbox or other gaming console with streaming feature?... Also you need high speed internet with a downstream speed of 15Mbps or greater for streaming video in HD, an updated modem and a and very fast router running at least 300Mbps or greater. IMO. This works for me.

Bush tv says connected to internet but when i press the button to go online it tells me i am not connected and check setting

This happened to me and finally I got the TV close enough to the router for it to work (guess some built-in WiFi hardware in some TVs is not very good). You could also install a range extender for your WiFi if you don't want to move the TV.
