My Email page on HOTMAIL.COM is has lost for few last months, and I want to get it back.
If it was lost you must apply for a new account and hope nobody has taken your old username.

Try this Open Word 2003 and follw the directions below.
1. Click "Help" - "Detect and Repair".
2. Read the dialog box text. This feature will try to automatically find and fix errors in all Office files.

You can try setting Internet Explorer 8 to it's default settings. Open IE8 and click on the tools tab on the top right hand side, select internet options, click on the advanced tab and click on reset.
This will reset all the settings of IE8 so if you have any favourites/bookmarks i suggest you back then up.
You will get a warning about resetting IE8, just carry on and reset IE8 and see if you can access hotmail emails.
You may also need to install Adobe flash player and java software too.
