Can i shut off standby mode other than unplugging the unit?

CDMA isn't used in Europe/UK, your phone will be useless here. Sell it before you leave the USA and replace it when you get home as it will be useless and worth far less in the UK..

Many European supplied BlackBerry models have slightly different model numbers to models of the same name sold in North America (especially those sold across the pond by Verizon). All current Euro/UK BB models can be used in North America as well, but not on Verizon. Most Americans never travel outside North America, so in a competitive market there's no point in adding the extra expense of useless features.

it is located on the inlet for the throttlebody on a section between the throttlebody and the air intake tube from the airbox. Do you have a North American model or a European model? The European model didn't require an IAT sensor. Just the North American model to meet EPA requirements. If it's a North Americal model, the sensor should be located in the air cleaner and have 2 small hoses attatched to it. have a good day !!

Based on the model number, your TV is not a plasma, it's an LCD. I am looking at the Samsung website, and I cannot find you model number (at least for the North American, European, or Asia site). It could be an older model that may not be available on the site.

As long as you have the European maps then yes it will still be able to talk to the satellites. Obviously if you have the North American maps then your unit will not help you out very much.

The European Television System is based on a different format than our own "pal" even if you could play a movie it would come through with a negative image making it incompatible with our North American System.

I would reset the whole unit to factory specs & then load map.

There's no mention of either NTSC or PAL in any spec sheet.

The manual for the similar model SR575 says the North American model does not have the voltage selector. Too bad. Under the general specs for the variants of this family of receivers they list the following power specs. I have no idea where you have to go to buy one from the "Others" group.

You could do what I did over 30 years ago. Join the Army, go overseas and buy one in the PX. Every HiFi product we bought in the PX in the 70's had the dual voltage feature.

If your phone is blocked. You will have to take it to your nearest network provider outlet to get it unblocked.

If your sim card is blocked. You can go to your network suppliers website, where you can obtain the puck code to unblock the sim.

Hi Barak, I have not seen an easy adjustment on any car stereo for converting the frequencies. The Crossfire stereo is manufactured by Becker. Try Becker of North America in Upper Saddle River NJ.

You cannot replace American maps with European maps.  Garmin does this in order to protect the European retailers.  The European SD card eliminates the need to load the maps into the 660, however, if you need to use the card slot to store extra data such as MP3s then you might be better off buying the 670.
