After 45 min, Screen gets hazy and with green artifacts on the right of objects

These are two variable resistors has some glue on it for protection, means NOT to adjust it as already adjusted in factory.

now regarding pulling two wires, one thick wire can be pulled ( not in all cases) as shown in below picture. Push it and rotate it. If this not works, don't pull it force ly. just go to other end of this wire and try this method.

All of a sudden this TV has a problem of loosing voltage to the CRT and the screen suddenly goes black. After about 10 minutes the picture comes back. If you leave the set on for quite a while it seems...

You will have to tip the chassis up side down and look over most of the chassis close to the High Voltage Transformer (IFT) look for cold joints around there first, then locate the Vertical IC and look very closely at those pins, they usually have hair line stress ring cracks around them. If youv'e never done this type of work before I would take it in to a service co. It's not a major repair.

This can only be a bad soldered on the video module, its better to check for any bad soldered and for any fault on the resistor on the video output module.

Hope this initial info / idea helps.

I have a terrible sqeaking noise coming front of my 1999 crown vi

Sounds like the front shocks/struts are too weak to support the vehicle. Stand at drivers front of vehicle and push down very hard watch as vehicle rebounds and bounces until it settles, then try the same on passenger side. Good shocks/struts allow a bounce or so, but will appear firm not loose.keep me posted to your results.

In general, these problems are usually caused by leaky output filter capacitors in either the low voltage power supply or, depending upon the type of waviness you're attempting to describe, it could be in the vertical deflection circuits (either the vertical oscillator or vertical amplifier). I would estimate cost to repair from $200 to $350 dollars, depending on how long it takes to find the problem. It most likely though is a component issue in the circuitry.

Toshiba model 57H81

If you have zagged lines there are 10 small surface mounted capacitors you will need to change on the HYper Board. This is not an easy repair so alot of folks simply replace the hyper board. You will need a service manual to take this set apart and to get the proper part number. If you have no TV repair experience or do not know how to solder, as the hyper board has sheild arounfd it, you should play it safe and call out a pro to assist you in this repair. Good Luck
