all older cars do this, the heater speed dropping reistor is blown
a cheap part.
it can only be 3 things, and a $10 voltmeter tells you which it is in 5min work
- bad switch 0v out
- bad resistor 12v in, 0v out.
- or bad wiring. (0v out)

but on all cars.
bad power to HVAC
bad controls (includes resistor block or new car modulators)
bad blower motor. (fails on high)
or bad damper if only some modes fail to blow.
and wires, it not necessary to say that "wires" ,its global to all electrics and electronics, it's a GIVEN.

and it does have the block.
