It sounds like you are having trouble getting your Rock Candy controller to sync with your device. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Make sure that the controller is charged. If the controller's battery is low, it may not be able to sync with your device.
Reset the controller. To reset the controller, hold down the sync button (located on the top of the controller) for about 5 seconds, until the lights flash. Then, release the button and try syncing the controller again.
Check that your device is compatible with the Rock Candy controller. The controller is compatible with most devices that use Bluetooth technology, but it may not be compatible with all devices.
Make sure that the controller is within range of the device you are trying to sync it with. The controller should be within a few feet of the device to establish a connection.
If you are using a wireless adapter to connect the controller to your device, make sure that the adapter is properly connected and working.
Have you tried the red buttons on the wii and controller? The red wii sync button is in the door by the sd card slot and the red sync button for the controller is behind the battery cover above the battery's. Push the red sync button on the wii and then the controller. That should sync them.
Forgive me, as I am not 100% certain on this one. Generally speaking, these are housed in the battery compartment. I do not own one, but they are licensed by Nintendo so you can almost guarantee they are relatively the same place as an original.
