I suspect that you do not have a problem. . The standard operating temperature of a freezer is around -20 degrees CENTIGRADE (-2 Farenheit)

Your freezer has an option to display degrees C and degrees F, I suspect it is showing farenheit

I have taken a look at a copy of the manual, which can be found at:

But for the life of me, I can't see how to change the display from C to F and back anywhere in the guide. If I am right, swapping the display back to Farenheit will solve the display issue.

To switch it to Farenheit..press and hold the BROIL button for up to ten seconds and the display of the broil temp will change from 500 to F then push clear/off button...if later on it needs to be switched back to C do the same thing

From everything I can see since there really isn't a manual or manufacturer's site for this product there is no way to change this particular temperature sensor to Fahrenheit. It is set only for Celsius.

Press < and > or temp button - and + continuously for 5 seconds at a time. Helpful?

If the model number you referenced this question under is correct, you can change cook settings between Celsius and Farenheit by pressing and holding the BROIL button for 5 seconds. A short beep will be heard and the temperature setting will change.
