We tried to switch on & off with the remote but nothing happens, we remove the power cord and switch on again still nothing. It seems the red lights for power shows flashes when press the remote, but nothing its black with Samsung logo or screensaver
Check timer-needs to be off
check eco solution-needs to be off
check auto protection time-needs to be off
you can find it under system options,
I'd take it back to the store and ask to return it for a different model. This could be a common problem with that particular model or brand.
