What is your phone model ? Android phones have google playstore pre-installed. You can install facebook by opening the playstore app and searching for "facebook"

If you have non-android phones, ie : JAVA phones, you can install facebook java app.

Other than that, apple devices can access apple app store and download facebook

If you wish to reinstate your Facebook account you simply have to log back in using the same username and password that you previously set up. If you wish to install the Facebook app on your phone or tablet, please visit your app store and search for Facebook to install the application.

if u open ur facebook account in internet explorer 6 browser then install other browser or install internet explorer latest version and install java, adobe flash player on ur system .
