Can not connect to roku. 011 - Televison & Video

The Roku player may have lost connection with the Roku server.
You need to power cycle the Roku player by disconnecting the plug, wait at least 1 minutes and reconnect the power..

E011 usually means that the firewall in the router is enabled. Disable the firewall , setup Roku, and then enable the firewall.

You have to temporarily disable your wireless router firewall to connect your Roku the firewall is blocking the Roku. If you have a Roku that has an Ethernet connection you can just plug an Ethernet cable from the Roku to to Router.

If your provider, Comcast etc.., provided the router call them and they will assist you. If you purchased the router it should be in the manual how to access the settings.

I would disconnect the power going to the Roku Stick, wait at least a minute or so, reconnect the stick to the power supply. If this does not work contract customer support at this link: Contact Support

I would think you need to do a reset of your Roku player. If this does work,do a text chat with Roku support. Support link: am seeing Code 011 error during setup What should do

You will have to either remember your password, or reset your wifi back to factory settings and set up a new password. In order to clear the "code 011" error, you will have to hold the reset button down on the Roku for at least 30 seconds to do a factory reset. But, don't do this until you get your wifi password issue squared away first.

This error normally means that the Roku can't get past your router's security or it is connected to a Guest network. Make sure that you're not connecting the Roku to a Guest network.
