Charged battery and changed the battery. all I get Is beeping
Did the light on the charger indicate that it was charging? (Most also have a "replace battery" or similar light.)
If so, and the drill keeps beeping...since it's new don't bother monkeying with it. Just take it back to the store and have them replace it. Dealing with a warranty repair will leave you without a tool for some length of time.
If the unit is new, and it beeps from the charger then you either have a under charged battery or the battery is bad. As mentioned by one of the other guys, this unit has a good warranty and they will fix or replace or you. I would take to a Dewalt Service Center or back to where it was purchased
Take it to a dewalt factory service center and they will fix it for free 7nder warranty just don't take it apart
