Hi i ve had this phone now for three months. got it brand new from carphone warehouse but over the past few weeks been havin probs with it,1 st one isthe downbutton went very stiff and does ot push down.2 rd the back key stopped working which is no good when texting and u make a mistake, cos you have to start from the being again which if you use t9 then if happens oftern, i end up doing the same text up to 8 times starting to get me mad lol....otherwise i love this phone.. can anyone give suggestions thanks
I have the same problem but rather than redo the whole text I use the other buttons to navigate to the problem word then use the right button to go to the end of that word and redo that word only. if you are to far right to simply move up before the problem word then press right once to leave a space after the last word, then press down, this will take you to the left side of the screen, use the up key to take you to the line with the problem word. Then navigate right to the end of the problem word and use cancel to erase the word and simple retype navigate back to the end of the text and finish the text;o)
