How do replace the batteries in the Philips dc750 cd & DVDs player

Lithium ion batteries, if allowed to be drained all the way too many times will stop taking a charge.
Replace the player.

Is youre machine coin operated or not?

Check the battery + - compartment for moisture or rust connections and used some WD40 chemical spray in a rag and clean it + - battery connections.Wait like 10 mins put battery back in the remote should work again.If not,still have the same problems.The tv remote comtrol CPU chip it is shorted and dead.Or try website Remotes.com to buy a replacement new original remote.

The battery could be bad.. They only last around 1 year.. IF the battey is bad id could give off wrong readings too...
I would try a new battery..

Yes. It takes a Rechargeable Li-polymer 280mAh
battery. Just unscrew the back carefully with a miniature Phillips-head screwdriver and replace.

I also have that Zen Sleek.... you have to remove first the screen which sealed in a glue, then the keypad... from there you will have access to remove the top and bottom platings. You will need a precision tool of Philips Screwdriver to unscrew bottom and top platings.

Some items require it's own battery power to be read by a computer. Try to replace the battery.
