I have a Panasonic Workio DPC 262 I was getting a message that the transfer belt needed to be replaced and I replaced it. But the message won't go away.

Both fans in rear of copier need to be replaced at same time.

Generally a paper misfeed is not a paper jam. The rubber pickyp rollers probably need a clean but turning the printer off for 10 minutes and turning back on should eliminate the message.

YOU DONT ADD DEVELOPER, YOU CHANGE IT LIKE CHANGING THE OIL IN YOUR CAR. THIS REALLY NEEDS TO BE DONE BY A TECHNICIAN BECAUSE ONCE YOU CHANGE THE DEVELOPER YOU NEED TO RESET THE COUNTER FOR IT AND DO A DENSITY ADJUSTMENT WHICH REQUIRES A SERVICE MANUAL. GOOD LUCK !

The transfer belt is not a user replaceable part on your machine. A technician needs to install it.

PM is preventive Maintenance - It's kind of like changing your oil! you need to have certain expendables replaced such as Fuser. There should be a P/M kit you can order for this that will include everything.

Have you reseated the drum and toner?
It can be a drum cartridge problem. have you tried that?
You say copy or print, so I am asuming this is multifunction and you do both printing and copying.
1, Have you shook up the toner cartridge well.
After the drum and shaking the toner, I would suspect the transfer assembly, Off hand I cant remember of that machine has a transfer roller, or if there is a channel where there is a hair fine wire running through it.
The wire may have broken, or if its a roller making poor contact.
The laser is also possible.The transfer will be on the right had door assembly.
Take the cartridges out and see if there is anything laying loose in the machine,
what you are describing sounds more like a drum or transfer problem.
sounds very much like a defective transfer. And again, could easily be the drum.
Did you have a jam just before this occured? If you had a jam in particular in the right hand door, you broke the transfer wire.

That is a laser unit error. If resetting the machine's power doesn't clear it up, then it means the laser unit is dead/dying. If that's the case, your only choice is to replace the laser unit.
