You probably need the DRIVER for the headphones (from that manufacturer's website) to be loaded on to the Nextbook.

Is your wifi signal stable?
If you have got a good and stable wifi signal, the wireless card of your nextbook is defective. The problem is that these parts are integrated to the tablet and can't be removed or replaced, so in this case your problem has no solution.

You can use only a Bluetooth-enabled mouse with your Nextbook. Make sure your mouse is Bluetooth-enabled and then connect it to your tablet as per the instructions in the set up guide that came with the mouse.
