After long time I turned it on. No working at all. Checked power supply, no issues: ok 24 Volt. Checked some voltage on the driver board, including fuse: all ok. Power supply of remote control was ok: 5 Volt.
I finally found the bus data of remote control not working: the wire was not conducting. Cutted few centimeters near the remote control.
Now it is working 100%

Start with checking the fuse. You need to open the thing up. You will find the fuse soldered on a little board.

Homedics SBM500HT-SK massager controller wiring.

Question edited for clarity and spelling of the maker, 'Homedics' not 'Homemedics'.

You will only get that from them direct. There are no wiring diagrams online.

Controls will not work

Have you checked the remote control sometimes a wire gets pinched, or the circuit board is bad. The main harness may be bad, again the circuit board.

I'm having a problem with my Homedics SBM 300H Massager. I was using it when it suddenly stopped, after hearing a faint "pop" sound from it. I tried re-plugging it in another outlet but still no...

Yes there was a short circuit and am sure the massager and the cpomputer where plugged in the sane extension box that was why there was loss of power when the massager stopped working. For the massager it is the fuse so get a new fuse for it.

Doesn't work at all

Well it has a zipper in the back have you ever unzipped it? Because my mom hers didnt work, so i unzipped it and some cord was unplugged so that might just be it, you need to unzip the whole thing, and pull it out because some of the wires hide.

My mom had the same problem so i unzipped it from the back, and once i started to take out the padding i saw that there was a wire unplugged so i plugged it back in and it worked!
