Question about NorStar Startalk Flash 2 Phone
Our electricity was recently shut down over night and when power resumed the next day we had no voicemail. When I enter feature 981 I get the message "inactive feature." We have no voicemail and the phone never gets answered when we are not in the office.
Try powering off the voicemail system and and then power it on again. I've had it happen many times that after a power failure they just don't boot up correctly.
