Okay so. I very recently purchased a Digital2 7" tablet. And it would download Facebook and Bubble Witch 2 no problem.. But it keeps saying error and unable to download Minecraft PE.. What's going on? :(

Unclear question. Please clarify, what kind of problem do you have downloading Facebook?

"Certified to run those apps", that is not something you do it is part of the programming in the tablet, it is not compatible with the apps you are trying to use.

Try theses steps:
1) clear cache and data for Google play and google mail
2) logout from Google and log back in
3) reset router

If these fail the only other fix is for the android OS to be deleted and reinstall. At this point unless you are very knowledgeable I would suggest contacting samsung for repair.

try to play it on another device the app could be corrupt

Facebook on old iPads with iOS 5.1.1:
It is possible, a bit tricky, but possible. First, you'll need to download the Facebook app through iTunes on your computer, this will make it show up as "purchased" in your library.
After that, open up the App Store on your iPhone and go to the 'purchased' tab. When you try to install it this way it will tell you that you need iOS 6 or higher, but will also ask if you would like to download an older version of the app. then click on download.
- again step by step:
1) Open up iTunes on your computer
2) Go to Store (left hand column) ->iTunes Store
3) Search for Facebook; - download the app
4) then open App Store on your iPhone
5) Click on 'Purchased'
- you will have to install Facebook by clicking on it as usual.
App Store will ask you: "Download an older version of this app. The current version requires iOS 6.0 or later, but you can download the last compatible version.",
- then click on Download and it should finally work.

Press the GAMES, in CLOUD mode.
On the top right side press STORE. SEARCH GAMES is at top in small letters, write " Bubble witch saga 2." You have several choices and they are FREE. My favorite word!

From my own personal research and stuff I have read apparently adobe quit updating mobile android versions of adobe flash. I know kindle 1st Gen are also saying they are up to date yet there is newer pages that are not supported by these devices. So you may just not able to play what does not work anymore. Also may find soon other flash related stuff does not work as content providers start programming for newer versions of flash.. Not much as consumers we can do. But our devices are being forced into non compatability

This is either a problem with your internet, or you need to try re-installing the facebook app to give it a chance to reboot. Hope this helped!
